How do I buy credits?
Sign in, choose a monthly or yearly plan, or a one-time pack, then continue to Stripe checkout. Availability and any test-mode status are shown above the plans. Credits are added only after the server verifies a successful payment.
Is there a free allowance?
Not yet. A limited one-time image allowance is being considered, but registration currently adds no free generation credits. There are no daily free credits or free video generations.
How many images or videos can I make?
It depends on the tool, model, size and duration. The calculator uses rates for our current basic models. Photo transformations start at six credits; larger processing sizes can cost more. Premium models and higher resolutions will have separate prices.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for one year upfront and save 20% compared with 12 monthly payments. Your first monthly allowance arrives after payment; subsequent allowances refresh on your monthly subscription anniversary. The full year of credits is not issued at once. You can buy a one-time pack whenever you need extra credits.
Do credits roll over?
Subscription credits refresh each month on your subscription anniversary, on both monthly and annual plans. Unused monthly credits expire and do not roll over. One-time credit packs remain valid for 12 months, including after cancellation. Eligible credits closest to expiry are used first.
What happens when a generation fails?
With credits enabled, a task reserves its quoted credits before starting. Failed tasks with no delivered result receive those credits back. A new variation or a retry after a successfully delivered result is a new generation.
Does Story to Video include a complete, narrated film?
Not currently. The Agent creates a script and written scene plan. Rendering creates a short silent clip of one scene. Multi-scene assembly, narration and music are not included in these basic clip rates.
Can I cancel or buy credits without subscribing?
You can request cancellation before the next renewal, with access through the paid billing period. The $5 pack is a one-time purchase of 200 credits and does not require a subscription. Annual plans are charged once per year and receive credits monthly. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund a payment.
What does “tasks at a time” mean?
This is the limit on each account’s active generation tasks. Tasks share provider capacity and may queue during busy periods; a higher task allowance does not guarantee an immediate start or a fixed completion time.
Where can I get help with plans or a refund?
Email support@maxsa.ai with your account email, the relevant task or order reference if available, and a short description. The Refund Policy explains the purchase rules. Failed generations return their reserved credits; payment refunds are reviewed separately.
