Can I change only the background?
Choose Change background and describe the new setting. Maxsa asks the model to retain the subject and pose. Review the result because image edits can also affect other details.
Can I turn a photo into a cartoon?
Yes. Select an illustrated look here, or use Photo to Cartoon for an expanded visual library of 18 styles.
Is transformation a precise strength slider?
The three transformation choices guide the editing prompt: preserve likeness, balance stylization, or freely reimagine. They are creative instructions rather than a numerical image-strength setting.
Which image formats work?
Use JPG, PNG or WebP under 10 MB. Both Generate and Agent can use your reference image.
My generation is stuck or failed. What should I do?
Check the task status and give a queued job time to finish before starting another generation. If it stays stuck, email support@maxsa.ai with the tool name, approximate time, task ID if available, and a screenshot of the error. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes or API keys.
