A few things to know.

Two submissions and up to 300 credits each UTC calendar month. Image rewards expire 60 days after each payment. The same work counts once across platforms and accounts.

Original posts, tutorials and videos receive half after approval and half after a 7-day public retention review. A verified Trustpilot review receives 30 credits once, after approval. No positive rating is required.

Use your own completed Maxsa creation and a social account you control. Social creator accounts normally need 30 days of history and 3 previous original posts; newer creators can request individual review. Disclose the reward relationship clearly. Reviews do not use the social-post history requirement.

We aim to review within 2 business days. You can appeal a decision within 7 days. Platform access problems are checked by a person.

Image rewards work with basic image generation and standard photo conversions (reference up to 4 megapixels). They do not cover videos, premium models or Agent responses, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Pending credits are not yet spendable.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and copied submissions are not eligible. Shared networks alone do not disqualify you. For an individual review, contact support@maxsa.ai.
