These terms describe the rules for using Maxsa’s website and creative tools. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
01The service and its current scope
Maxsa is an AI studio for anime, manga and cartoon creation. The service provides image generation, image transformation, short silent clips and text-based creative planning. Features, models and availability can change as the studio develops.
A story plan is not a finished film. Narration, soundtrack, multi-scene editing, guaranteed character consistency and private cloud project storage are not included unless explicitly offered for the feature you use.
02Eligibility and your account
You must be an adult with legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. The Kids Story tool is intended for adults creating child-friendly stories.
Use an email address you control and protect access to your email and Google account. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share verification codes or bypass account safeguards.
03Acceptable use
Use Maxsa only for lawful creative purposes and respect other people’s rights. Do not:
- Upload material you have no right to use, or misuse another person’s identity, likeness or private information.
- Create unlawful sexual material, child exploitation content, non-consensual intimate images, targeted threats or material that facilitates fraud.
- Present deceptive impersonations or fabricated endorsements as genuine.
- Probe other accounts, steal credentials, distribute malware or interfere with service infrastructure.
- Evade generation safeguards, usage limits or trial eligibility through multiple accounts, automated abuse or other circumvention.
Access may be limited or suspended to address abuse, security incidents or violations. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake.
04Your content and output rights
You retain the rights you already hold in the material you submit. You give Maxsa and the providers needed for your request permission to process that material to supply, troubleshoot and deliver the feature. This does not give us permission to use your work as a customer endorsement.
Rights to generated results depend on applicable law, the selected model’s license and the rights in your inputs. Maxsa does not guarantee that an output is copyrightable, exclusive or free of third-party rights. Similar inputs can produce similar results for different people. A subscription does not automatically clear copyright, trademark, publicity or other permissions.
Review outputs before sharing, and check the model terms before commercial use. You are responsible for obtaining any additional permission required for your project.
05AI results and service availability
AI output can contain mistakes, visual artifacts, inconsistent details or unwanted content. You should review results for accuracy and suitability, particularly for material intended for children or a public audience.
Generation can queue, fail or take longer than expected. Availability depends in part on third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a fixed completion time or a particular artistic result.
06Pricing, credits and cancellation
Purchases are completed through Stripe checkout. Credits are added only after payment is confirmed. Creating an account does not include free generation credits.
The price, credit allowance, renewal interval and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at the chosen billing interval until cancelled. Annual plans are paid upfront and save 20% against 12 monthly payments. Use Manage subscription in Credits & billing to cancel; cancellation stops future renewals while the current paid period remains available.
Subscription credits are issued monthly, including for annual plans. Unused monthly credits expire at the next monthly refresh and do not roll over; one-time packs last 12 months. Credits are for studio usage and are not cash, an investment or a transferable currency. See the pricing page and refund policy for details.
07Privacy and outside services
Our Privacy Policy explains what is sent to generation, planning, authentication and email providers. Their relevant terms also apply to their services. Do not submit material you are not authorized to share with those providers.
08Responsibility and changes
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maxsa does not promise that it will meet every purpose or that results will be error-free. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update features and these terms. The date above identifies this version. Material changes to purchase terms will be presented before a new purchase or renewal to which they apply. Disputes can first be raised with support; these terms do not take away mandatory consumer protections or access to remedies available under applicable law.
09Questions, concerns and rights reports
Contact support@maxsa.ai about these terms, account restrictions, content rights or a suspected violation. For a rights report, identify the affected work, the result or page in question, and a way to contact you. Do not include sensitive credentials.
