Do I need a finished script?
No. A simple premise is enough to begin. If you already have a script, paste up to 4,000 characters and describe what you want to improve.
How long can the story be?
Choose a target of 15, 30, 60, or 90 seconds. These are planning targets; the agent structures the scenes and narration around them.
What do I receive today?
Start with a story plan: a hook, narration, timed scenes, and visual and motion prompts. Use a scene prompt to generate a short silent preview. Full multi-scene assembly, voice, and music are not included yet.
My generation is stuck or failed. What should I do?
Check the task status and give a queued job time to finish before starting another generation. If it stays stuck, email support@maxsa.ai with the tool name, approximate time, task ID if available, and a screenshot of the error. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes or API keys.
